Core disciplines in the audit
Organic visibility trending upward after technical fixes
Zendvora helps your site earn organic search visibility
Search rankings rarely improve by accident. They change because someone read the crawl data, fixed the blockers, and rewrote the pages that underperformed. Zendvora is an SEO consultancy that does this work for businesses whose websites need to be found by the right people.
What Zendvora actually does
We focus on four areas of SEO that cover most of what moves organic search visibility for a business website. We do not manage paid search campaigns or social media advertising; our work is strictly on the organic side.
Technical SEO audit
A technical audit looks at how search engines crawl and render your site. We review crawlability, indexation, site speed, structured data, and internal linking to identify errors and warnings that hold back your rankings.
DISCIPLINE / 01 — CRAWL & RENDEROn-page optimization
On-page work is about matching a page to a search intent. We review title tags, meta descriptions, headings, body copy, and image alt text to make each page clearly relevant to a query without keyword stuffing or awkward phrasing.
DISCIPLINE / 02 — RELEVANCEContent strategy
Content strategy decides what new pages to publish and which existing ones to rewrite. We look at what your competitors rank for that you do not, what queries have no good result yet, and build a prioritized publishing plan.
DISCIPLINE / 03 — PUBLISHING PLANLink profile analysis
Links remain a significant factor in how search engines evaluate authority. We pull your backlink profile and review it for quality, relevance, and risk. We do not buy links or participate in link schemes.
DISCIPLINE / 04 — AUTHORITY
Who we work with
Most of our clients are small and mid-size businesses in the United States. They operate in competitive search environments where a few positions in ranking can mean a measurable difference in leads or sales.
Some have in-house marketing teams that need a specialist to handle SEO execution. Others work with generalist agencies and bring us in for the search-specific portion. A smaller group are founders or solo operators who need a full SEO assessment before deciding what to do next.
If your site has been live for at least a year and you are not sure why it ranks where it does, that is a common starting point for us.
What an SEO engagement measures
These are the three readouts we track across an engagement. Each one reflects a different layer of organic search performance.
Where your pages rank for the queries that bring buyers to your site.
Organic sessions reaching your site through non-paid search results.
Share of pages indexed and free of crawl errors or warnings.
How an engagement begins and runs
You submit your domain and target queries
You fill out a short form with your domain, your target queries, and what you want to improve. We respond within two business days with a scope and fee for the review.
We run the review and deliver findings
We look at your domain, current rankings for a short list of target queries, and the technical health of your site. You receive a written summary of what we found and what we recommend doing next.
You decide whether to proceed
If you proceed with implementation, the review fee is applied to the first month of work. If you only want the review, you keep the document and can act on it with your own team.
You receive a monthly report that shows ranking changes, organic traffic trends, and work completed. The report is a spreadsheet and a short written summary, not a dashboard that auto-refreshes.
We have a call once a month to review progress and plan the next cycle. For active engagements, you can reach us by email between calls. We do not use Slack or project management tools with clients; email and shared documents keep the communication clear and archived.
What each engagement covers
Technical SEO audit scope
The audit covers crawlability, indexation, site speed, structured data, and internal linking. We use tools like Screaming Frog and Google Search Console to identify errors and warnings. For larger sites, we also review faceted navigation, parameter handling, and pagination. The deliverable is a prioritized list of fixes, not a 50-page PDF that no one reads. Each item includes what is wrong, why it matters, and how to fix it. Your developer or CMS admin can usually action the items without our ongoing involvement.
On-page optimization details
We review title tags, meta descriptions, headings, body copy, and image alt text. For commercial pages, we also look at schema markup for products or local business listings. The goal is to make the page clearly relevant to a query without keyword stuffing or awkward phrasing. We write the changes as specific instructions or directly in your CMS, depending on your preference. This work is methodical and page-by-page; it is not a bulk find-and-replace operation.
Content strategy approach
Content strategy answers the question of what to publish next. We look at what your competitors rank for that you do not, what queries your audience searches that have no good result yet, and what existing pages on your site could be expanded. We then build a publishing plan that prioritizes pages by likely impact and effort. You or your writers create the content; we provide briefs that include target query, search intent, outline, and internal linking targets. If you do not have writers, we can refer you to partners who produce SEO content.
Link profile analysis
We pull your backlink profile using industry-standard tools and review it for quality, relevance, and risk. Toxic or spammy links are flagged for disavowal or removal. We also identify gaps where your competitors have links that you do not. We do not buy links or participate in link schemes. Any link building we recommend is based on outreach, digital PR, or creating pages that naturally attract references from other sites.
What Zendvora does not do
We do not guarantee specific rankings. No SEO consultant can honestly promise a position in Google.
We do not work with websites in gambling, adult content, or pharmaceuticals.
We do not offer one-time link packages or bulk article submissions.
We do not write automated content using AI tools.
These boundaries keep the work focused on durable, legitimate SEO practices that hold up over time.
Past work and results
We have worked with e-commerce stores, local service businesses, and B2B software companies. Each engagement is different, but the pattern is similar: find the technical blockers, fix them, improve on-page relevance, and build content that matches what the audience searches. You can read anonymized summaries of these engagements on the case studies page.
Read case studiesSEO fundamentals and guides
We publish articles about SEO fundamentals, site speed, structured data, and content optimization. These are written for business owners and in-house marketers who want to understand the work, not just outsource it. We update the library when search engine guidelines change or when we encounter a problem worth writing about.

FAQ / 01
Do you offer a free SEO audit?
No. Our site review is a paid engagement because it involves real analysis and a written deliverable. We believe free audits are often generic and lead to sales pressure rather than useful findings.
FAQ / 02
How long does an SEO engagement last?
Most engagements run for at least six months. SEO changes take time to be crawled, indexed, and reflected in rankings. We do not lock you into a contract, but we recommend a minimum commitment to see meaningful results.
FAQ / 03
Can you work with our existing marketing team?
Yes. We frequently work alongside in-house teams or generalist agencies. We handle the SEO-specific work and coordinate with your team on implementation.
Starting with a site review
If you have read this far, the next step is to request a site review. You will fill out a short form with your domain, your target queries, and what you want to improve. We respond within two business days with a scope and fee for the review. There is no obligation to continue after the review.
