About Zendvora

About Zendvora and the people behind the work

We are a small US-based SEO consultancy built for businesses that want organic search visibility without hiring a large agency. Clear scope, written deliverables, and no inflated claims about results.

Our approach

SEO is specific, definable work

We do not treat SEO as a mystery or a secret formula. Every recommendation traces back to something observable.

We believe SEO breaks down into three tasks: make your site crawlable, make your pages relevant, and make your content worth linking to. That is the whole scope. When we recommend a change, it comes from something we observed in the data — a crawl error, a missing canonical tag, a content gap, a link profile risk. We explain the reasoning in plain language and document the work so your team can maintain it after our engagement ends.

Crawlable

Search engines can find and read every page you want indexed.

Relevant

Pages match the queries your audience actually types.

Linkable

Content earns references because it is useful and original.

Who we work with

Small and mid-size US businesses that want clarity

Our clients are primarily small and mid-size US businesses in service, retail, and software verticals. They tend to share a few traits: they have a live website that is not performing as well as they think it should, they have tried general marketing agencies that did not understand SEO deeply, and they want to work with someone who will explain what is happening and why.

Some clients have internal teams and need a specialist. Others have no marketing staff and need us to manage the work end to end. Either way, the lead consultant stays with you for the duration — we do not hand off to junior staff.

Small by design, not by accident

We do not scale by adding junior staff who learn on your account. The people who review your site and write your recommendations are the same people who have been doing this work for years.

Technical SEO

Crawl · Architecture · Speed

Crawlability, site architecture, page speed, structured data, and indexation. Our backgrounds include in-house SEO roles where we were responsible for sites with millions of pages and agency positions handling small business sites with dozens.

Content strategy

Topics · Structure · Relevance

Topic selection, page structure, internal linking, and editorial briefs. We identify content gaps by comparing what your site covers against what your audience searches for, then prioritize by demand and effort.

Link analysis

Profile · Risk · Outreach

Link profile audits, risk identification, and outreach guidance. We do not buy links or use private blog networks. We help you understand your existing profile and identify legitimate opportunities for references.

We each have areas of depth — technical SEO, content strategy, link analysis — but we all understand the full scope of an engagement. When we take on a client, we assign a lead consultant who stays with you for the duration.

How we handle client work

Written scope, email communication, monthly calls

Every engagement starts with a written scope document. We do not begin work based on a verbal agreement or a vague email. The scope lists what we will do, what we will deliver, and when. If something changes mid-engagement, we update the document and send the revision before proceeding.

We communicate by email and shared documents. We do not use project management software with clients — for the size of engagements we handle, it adds complexity without value. You get a monthly call for ongoing work and ad hoc calls when something needs discussion outside of email. We respond to inquiries within two business days.

Written deliverables

Every recommendation is documented. Your team can reference and maintain the work after the engagement ends.

Direct communication

Email and shared documents, no project management tool overhead. A monthly call and ad hoc calls as needed.

Editorial principles

We only recommend changes we can justify with data

If we suggest rewriting a title tag, we can show you the current tag, the target query, and why the new tag is more relevant. If we suggest removing a page, we can show you the traffic data and the search results for the query it targets. No trendy changes. No competitor copycat moves.

PRINCIPLE 01

Data-backed

Every recommendation traces to an observable signal: a crawl report, a query gap, a traffic trend.

PRINCIPLE 02

Plain language

We explain reasoning so your developers, writers, and leadership can all follow it.

PRINCIPLE 03

Honest limits

If a ranking drop has no clear cause, we say so. We do not invent explanations.

Boundaries

What we will not do

These are not arbitrary preferences. They reflect how we keep the work honest and how we stay in good standing with search engine guidelines.

ZV-N01

No ranking guarantees

We do not guarantee rankings or promise page-one results in 90 days. Search rankings depend on factors outside any consultant's control.

ZV-N02

No bought links or PBNs

We do not buy links or use private blog networks. These tactics violate search engine guidelines and carry real risk to your domain.

ZV-N03

No AI-generated content as original

We do not generate content with AI tools and pass it off as original work. Every piece we recommend is written and reviewed by a person.

ZV-N04

No gambling, adult, or pharma

We do not work with gambling, adult, or pharmaceutical sites. These verticals carry guideline and legal complexities we are not set up to navigate.

Our relationship with clients

An extension of your team, not a vendor

We see our role as an extension of your team, not as a vendor who delivers a package and disappears. For ongoing engagements, we are available by email between reports. We answer questions from your developers, your writers, and your leadership. We review changes before they go live.

We flag risks before they become problems. When an engagement ends, we leave you with documentation your team can use to maintain the work. If we are not the right fit for your situation, we tell you and suggest an alternative.
