Discovery through iteration — each stage feeds the next
SEO METHODOLOGY
How Zendvora plans and implements SEO changes
SEO work follows a sequence: understand the current state, decide what to change, implement the changes, and measure the result. We use a structured process for every engagement — whether it is a one-time audit or an ongoing monthly relationship.
STEP ONE
Discovery and scoping
The first conversation is about your business, your site, and what you want to achieve. This conversation is short and free; it helps us understand whether we are a good fit and what the scope of work should be.
01
Your business and goals
We ask what queries matter to you, what changed recently, and what your current traffic looks like. This anchors every later decision in what your business actually needs.
02
Your CMS and team
We ask about your CMS, your team, and whether you have worked with an SEO consultant before. This tells us how fixes will be implemented and who we are coordinating with.
03
Proposal with scope and fee
After this call, we send a proposal with the scope, deliverables, and fee. No work begins until you review and approve it.
STEP TWO
Paid site review
Before implementation, we conduct a site review. This is the paid assessment that produces a written document with findings and recommendations. You receive this document whether or not you continue to implementation.
Full crawl of the site to find broken links, redirect chains, and indexation barriers.
Analytics and Search Console review for traffic trends and query performance.
Link profile pull to identify toxic links and authority gaps.
On-page sample check for title tags, headings, and content quality issues.
STEP THREE
Prioritization
Not every SEO issue matters equally. We rank the findings from the site review by impact and effort, then review the prioritization with you so the work matches your business priorities, seasonality, and resource constraints.
IMPACT AXIS
Impact ranking
Impact is based on how much a change is likely to affect rankings or traffic. A fix that unblocks indexation on a major template outranks a minor meta description tweak.
EFFORT AXIS
Effort assessment
Effort is based on how hard the change is to implement, considering your CMS and team. A canonical tag update may take minutes; a full template rebuild takes weeks.
SHARED DOC
Shared and adjusted
This prioritization is a shared document. We review it with you and adjust based on your business priorities. The goal is to fix the highest-impact, lowest-effort items first.
STEP FOUR
Technical implementation
For technical fixes, we either provide instructions for your developer or implement the changes ourselves, depending on the engagement. For larger sites, we batch fixes by template or section to keep the work manageable.
Fixing redirect chains and broken redirects
Updating canonical tags to resolve duplicate content
Correcting structured data markup errors
Resolving indexation issues blocking pages from search
Testing in staging and monitoring the live site after deployment
STEP FIVE
On-page and content work
After technical fixes, we move to on-page optimization and content. For existing pages, we rewrite title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and body copy to better match search intent. For new content, we provide briefs that specify the target query, intent, outline, and internal links.
Rewriting titles and meta descriptions for search intent
Content briefs with target query, outline, and internal links
We review content from your writers before publication
If you do not have writers, we can refer you to a content partner
Publishing in batches so we can monitor the effect of each group
STEP SIX
Link and authority review
In parallel with content work, we review your link profile and identify toxic links to disavow and link gaps to pursue. We do not engage in link buying or schemes. This step is ongoing for monthly engagements.
No link buying or schemes — ever
Toxic link disavow — identifying harmful links and filing disavow requests.
Link gap pursuit — identifying target sites and drafting outreach emails.
Internal linking — improving how authority flows through your existing content.
STEPS SEVEN & EIGHT
Measurement and iteration
At the end of each month, we compile a report showing ranking changes, organic traffic trends, and work completed. The report is yours to keep; we do not gate access to your own data behind a proprietary dashboard. SEO is not set-and-forget — we adjust the plan based on what the data shows.
Ranking changes
tracked monthly
Organic traffic
trends over time
Work completed
documented each cycle
The report includes a written summary that explains what the data means and what we plan next. We have a call to review the report and answer questions. If rankings drop after a core update, we investigate and respond. If a new competitor enters your space, we reassess the content plan. The process repeats: review, prioritize, implement, measure, and adjust.
PROCESS QUESTIONS
Common questions about how we work
What does the initial conversation cost?
The first call is free. We ask about your business, your site, what queries matter to you, and what your team looks like. After the call, we send a proposal with the scope, deliverables, and fee. No work begins until you approve it.
Do I own the site review document?
Yes. The paid site review produces a written document with findings and recommendations. You receive this document whether or not you continue to implementation. We do not gate access to your own data behind a proprietary dashboard.
Who implements the technical fixes?
It depends on the engagement. We either provide instructions for your developer or implement the changes ourselves. For larger sites, we batch fixes by template or section. We test in staging when possible and monitor the live site after deployment.
Do you build links by buying them?
No. We do not engage in link buying or schemes. We identify toxic links to disavow, find link gaps to pursue through outreach, and look for internal linking opportunities within your existing content to improve how authority flows through your site.
What happens if rankings drop after a core update?
We investigate and respond. Search engines update their algorithms, competitors publish new content, and your business changes. We adjust the plan based on what the data shows. The process repeats: review, prioritize, implement, measure, and adjust.
READY TO START
Begin with a site review
The process starts with a conversation about your site and goals. From there, we scope the work, conduct the review, and move into implementation — one structured step at a time.
